Paris 2024 Paralympics: GB’s Ellis storms to long-awaited triathlon gold
Great Britain’s Dave Ellis won Paralympic triathlon gold in the men’s PTVI as the GB team aimed for several medals in the race through central Paris.
Ellis finished more than a minute ahead of the rest of the field to seal gold and atone for heartbreak in Tokyo three years ago.
He forms part of a strong British team alongside Lauren Steadman, Claire Cashmore and Alison Peasgood, among others, who are all targeting medals on Pont Alexandre III on Monday.
